Introducing the Menu at Drip Collective
Drip Collective in Chicago offers a thoughtfully curated coffee experience that elevates each drink into an artisanal masterpiece. Their espresso selections, including the elegant Black & White espresso with milk, showcase a delicate balance of robust flavors. For handbrew coffee enthusiasts, choices like Fried Hats, Mirus, and the exclusive Sunday Coffee Project Traffic deliver vivid, nuanced profiles that transform every sip into a journey.
Specialty drinks here are where Drip Collective truly shines. Unique creations like the creamy Ube Butterscotch Latte, fragrant Pandan Latte, and refreshing Thai Tea or Yuzu Soda highlight the innovative fusion of flavors. These are not just beverages but crafted flavor stories that linger and delight. Favorite Chicago coffee spot at the moment and one of the best specialty coffee places I’ve ever been to. They treat each latte as a thoughtfully crafted artisan drink cocktail vs just a simple pick me up. Here you’ll find the most interesting combination of flavors and ingredients in matcha and espresso based drinks. My personal favorites are the pandan latte and the ube butterscotch latte (seasonal). As for the interior, this place is most conducive for having a casual chat with a friend or just hanging solo. Some people do laptop work but I feel it’s more a spot to disconnect from technology (and I don’t see many outlets for charging).
